• Ben Fehervary

Ben is the founder of WorkMates Peer Support, and is a pioneer who leads by example in breaking the stigma of speaking about mental health. Ben combines his extensive background in the commercial construction space with his expertise in therapeutic counselling, leading with passion and authenticity towards creating sustainable change within workplace culture.

Ben’s journey into working with mental health began with a late career change into counselling, driven by a passion for supporting men in their mental health journeys. Working predominantly with men, he noticed a common thread: many sought help only when in crisis. This realisation sparked a mission: to provide support before it becomes urgent and to reshape the culture around mental health in male-dominated industries.
